To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order
- Unworn — items must not have been worn or used
- Hygiene liner intact — the protective liner must remain attached
- Original tags attached — all tags must be in place
- Original packaging — items must be returned in the original packaging they were received in
Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted. If you ordered through TikTok Shop, please request a return on the app!
Shipping & Package Protection
For packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit that opted into package protection, please file a claim here: https://claimsportal.co/european-summer
Marked Delivered (Stolen/Missing): File after 5 days, but within 30 days of the delivery date.
Presumed Lost (No "Delivered" Status): File after 5 days, but within 30 days of the last tracking checkpoint.
Damaged: File anytime within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you did not select Package Protection at checkout, European Summer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend adding package protection to your order at checkout for peace of mind.
